Registration Confirmation
Upon successful registration, an acknowledgement email will be sent to your email ID. Conference
secretariat will take upto 7 working days to verify the registration payment made to the AOS
account via UPI.
Once verified, you will receive your registration confirmation email on your registered email ID along with your unique registration number.

To request cancellation, please submit a written application including your name and

Refund Terms:
Refund Terms:
- Before 31 December, 2025: 25% of the registration fee (plus GST) will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded one month after the conference concludes.
- On or after 1 January, 2026: No refunds will be processed.
