Abstract Submission :
Abstracts are invited for the following categories:

  • Gold Medal Paper Sessions
  • E-Poster Competition
  • Free Paper Presentations
 Submission is open to eligible members and postgraduate students based on the category. Abstract submission does not require registration; however, presenting a paper at the conference requires mandatory registration.

Abstract Guidelines :

  • Abstracts must be submitted electronically via email in .doc/.docx format
  • Language: English
  • Word Limit: Maximum 250 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
  • The content must not include author names, affiliations, or institute names (especially for awards)
  • Graphs, tables, images, photos, references, and slide decks are not allowed

Required Format :

  1. Title – concise and in title case
  2. Authors – full names with affiliations (underline presenting author)
  3. Contact Information – email and mobile number of corresponding author
  4. Category – one of the following:
    • Dr. A.K. Gupta Gold Medal
    • Dr. U.S. Mishra President’s Gold Medal
    • Dr. Bhaskar Mall PG Gold Medal
    • E-Poster
    • Free Paper
  5. Structured Abstract:
    • Purpose – objective and rationale of the study
    • Methodology – study design, sample, procedures, tools used
    • Results – main findings with brief data support
    • Conclusion – interpretation and implications of findings

Gold Medal Sessions :


Award Eligibility Format
Dr. A.K. Gupta Gold Medal UPOA member, age ≤ 40 years, based in U.P. 6 shortlisted papers for oral presentation
Dr. U.S. Mishra President’s Gold Medal UPOA member, any age, based in U.P. 6 shortlisted papers for oral presentation
Dr. Bhaskar Mall PG Gold Medal PG student of U.P. medical college 6 shortlisted PG papers for oral presentation
  • Presentation Time: 8 minutes + 2 minutes discussion
  • One-time eligibility per candidate
  • Work must be original and unpublished
  • Same/similar paper must not be submitted for multiple awards
  • Winner will be awarded medal in banquet as you mention in e posters

E-Poster Competition:
  • Format: maximum Single slides/pages in .ppt or .pdf
  • Required content: Title, Authors, Institution, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion
  • Posters will be displayed digitally during the conference
  • Best E-Poster will receive a Gold Medal and Certificate at the banquet

Free Paper Sessions:
  • Abstract format same as above
  • Accepted papers will be presented in regular sessions
  • Presentation Time: 6 minutes
